1). Capsule Separation: Empty capsules are precisely sown into filling bores and gently separated into caps and bodies using vacuum technology.
2). Ingredient Filling: The capsule bodies move to the powder hopper, where they are accurately filled with the required ingredients.
3). Capsule Closing: The caps and bodies are seamlessly rejoined under controlled pressure to ensure perfect closure.
4). Ejection: The finished capsules are smoothly discharged from the machine, ready for the next phase of production.
